What does the notification “User ID is already in use on another computer” mean?

If you are using the e.driver web version, you must use your user ID and password to log in. You can find these on a card that came in the e.driver box or in an email from us if you ordered online. After you have logged in on our website, you remain logged in on your browser until you log out. It is therefore best to always click on log out when you are done learning. You can then later log in again from another computer or browser. If you see this notification, click on the “OK” button. You will then see another button “Force logout”. Click on this when you can no longer log out from the other browser. You will then be able to log in anyway on the new browser. You can do this up to 3 times. After that you will need to contact our support and give your user ID.
